Shipping policy

Every Stitch Stories order is carefully packed and dispatched with attention to detail — ensuring a seamless experience from our studio to your wardrobe.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Pre-orders will take 3–4 weeks from the date of order placement to dispatch. Please note that all COD pre-orders will be re-confirmed prior to dispatch and will only be shipped once confirmed.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities:
    • Prepaid Orders: 1–2 business days

    • COD Orders: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Locations:
    • 3–6 business days

    • Express delivery available on prepaid orders

  • All orders are fulfilled via third-party logistics partners. Delivery timelines may vary during sales, new launches, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders

  • ₹250 charge applies to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

  • These charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is received in a defective condition.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp
  • Tracking updates are subject to real-time availability and may occasionally experience delays.

5. Delivery Terms

  • Customers are required to provide accurate shipping details. Stitch Stories is not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect information.

  • A maximum of three delivery attempts will be made. Failure to accept the order may result in cancellation.

  • Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control. While we strive to keep you informed, delays may occur.

6. Delivery Personnel

  • We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
    However, any issues between the customer and delivery personnel must be resolved directly with the courier partner.

7. Return & Exchange

  • Returns and exchanges are processed as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

8. Undelivered / RTO Orders

  • If an order is undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect details:
    • The order may be marked as Return to Origin (RTO)
    • Re-shipping may incur additional charges

9. Delivery Delays

  • While we strive to deliver within the promised timelines, delays may occur due to:

    • High demand during launches or sales

    • Logistics or operational challenges beyond our control

  • We appreciate your patience and understanding.

10. International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping at a flat rate of ₹2,500.
