All the garments produced by Stitch Stories are carefully checked and dispatched and our aim is to ensure that you get your beautiful purchase as soon as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy (India):

• Returns are not applicable to custom made orders. On regular orders, we can only accommodate an exchange for size. 
• Refunds are not applicable on any order. We can only consider an exchange. 
• Sale items or sample sale items are final sale and can not be exchanged, returned or refunded.
• If you wish to exchange for size, drop us an email within 72 hours of delivery at stitchstories.care@gmail.com, letting us know about your return and the reason for the same.
• Returns for exchange have to be delivered (by trackable courier) back to us within 5 days of receiving your order. The cost of returns will be borne by the customer.
• Items have to be returned in unworn condition with tags on. Garments with  any body odour or perfumed scents will not be accepted back.
• Once the return shipment is received, we will either issue a credit note if applicable or provide you an exchange with an item of your choice. 
• Credit Notes issued are valid for 6 months only and can be redeemed either directly on our website or at our exhibitions. 

Stitch Stories reserves the final right to refuse or accept a return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Policy (International)

• International orders are final sale only and are not eligible for returns & exchanges. If we have made an error in fulfilment, please send us an email within 7 days of receiving your order, letting us know, by email, the problem and if pictures are applicable, please do attach them.

• Please note that Stitch Stories is not responsible for shipments lost in transit. We do however use DHL Express as our courier service partner due to their long standing reputation of reliability and fastest deliveries worldwide.
